What can I expect from a one-on-one coaching session?
In a one-on-one coaching session, this is your time and your space to show up as you are, feel heard, and talk through what’s on your mind. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and your next steps with plenty of encouragement along the way. Most importantly, you’ll have someone in your corner reminding you, “You’ve got this!”
Can I choose between a phone call or FaceTime for my coaching sessions?
Absolutely! Coaching sessions can be held by phone call or FaceTime/video call, whichever feels most comfortable for you. My goal is to create a space where you can feel relaxed, open, and focused during our time together.
How do I know if coaching is the right step for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something more, coaching may be for you. You don’t have to have it all figured out, just have to be ready to take the next step. Still not sure? That’s what our free consultation is for. Let’s chat and see if we’re a good fit!
Do I have to pay for my package in full?
No. You can commit to the package that best fits your goals and pay weekly before each scheduled session to reserve your spot. Full payment upfront is not required.
